Vopi Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This agreement contains the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for the Vopi mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Vopi is an entertainment platform where users interact and guess based on audio and visual content. The App uses secure servers and third-party infrastructure providers to deliver the service.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer Subscription and One-Time Purchase options to provide access to enhanced features.

  • Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable):

    • Subscriptions provide continuous access to premium features for the selected period (e.g., Monthly or Yearly).

    • Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.

    • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

    • Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.

    • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on your device after purchase.

    • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

  • One-Time Purchases:

    • This option covers the usage right of a specific item (e.g., "Coin Packs").

    • This is a one-time transaction; you will not be charged a recurring fee.

    • Non-consumable items (e.g., Lifetime Access) can be restored using the "Restore Purchases" button. Consumable items (e.g., Coins) may not be restorable once used.

4. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is essential to us. The following data may be processed while using the App:

  • Usage and Device Data: Anonymous device information may be collected to improve app performance, fix bugs, and enhance user experience.

  • Game Data: Your scores and in-game progress are stored on our servers for service continuity.

  • Third Parties: We work with trusted third-party service providers (such as Qonversion, Firebase, Google AdMob, etc.) for payment processing, analytics, and ad display. These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, software, sounds, visuals, and content within the App belong to tucel.dev. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" basis. The Developer does not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or that the servers will provide uninterrupted service. The user accepts the risks arising from the use of the App.
