tucel.dev ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Mayor Sim mobile application (the "App"). This page is intended to inform you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

• Guest Login Data: If you choose to play the App as a "Guest" without creating an account, your game progress (events, projects, in-game statistics) is stored directly on your device or via an anonymous device identifier.

• In-Game Data: Your text-based interactions and progress, such as events encountered, completed projects, daily progress limits, in-game currency, and points, are recorded to facilitate gameplay.

• Device and Usage Data: Information about how the App is accessed and used (such as operating system version, device model, and unique device identifiers) may be collected automatically to troubleshoot errors and improve the gaming experience.

2. Use of Information

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and save your in-game progress.

• To manage the login processes for users who create an account.

• To securely process in-app purchases (daily progress limits, in-game currency, game points).

• To provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.

• To analyze usage trends within the App to develop new events and projects.

3. In-App Purchases

Our App includes In-App Purchases (IAP) that offer in-game advantages (daily progress limits, virtual currency, game points).

• Purchases are entirely processed through the application stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) tied to your device's operating system.

• We do not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial payment information. This data is handled directly by the respective app store in accordance with their own privacy policies.

4. Ads and Third-Party Services (Google AdMob)

To support the App and provide it for free, we use third-party advertising services, including optionally viewable rewarded ads.

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in our App. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID and cookies to serve ads that are relevant to you.

• You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising ID through your device's settings (Android or iOS).

5. Data Security

6. Children's Privacy

While our App appeals to a general audience, we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable legal age in your country). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information (such as an email address), please contact us. We will take immediate steps to remove that information from our servers.

7. Data Deletion and User Rights

Users have the right to request the deletion of the information they have provided to us:

• If you wish to completely delete your account and email address, you can use the "Delete Account" option in the in-app settings menu or contact us directly.

• If you are playing as a guest, uninstalling the App from your device or clearing the App's data will delete your game progress and the data stored on your device.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We may also provide a prominent notice within the App's updates for significant changes.
