At AIDietFit ("we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are strongly committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide our core functionalities—generating personalized diet and workout plans, and interpreting your progress measurements—we need to collect specific physical data.

  • Physical Measurements & Health Data: To use the app, we collect data such as your height, weight, chest, waist, and hip measurements, as well as your daily activity level.

  • Account Information (Optional): If you wish to back up your data and sync it across devices, you can choose to link your account with an email address. This is entirely optional.

  • Purchase Data: Your in-app purchase history (e.g., purchasing coins) is anonymously associated with your device or account ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is used strictly to provide you with the app's core features. The purposes of using your data include:

  • Generating AI-powered, fully personalized diet and workout plans.

  • Analyzing the body measurements you input and interpreting your progress.

  • Safely storing your data (if you created an account) so you can access your information when switching devices.

⚠️ Important Note: Your personal and physical data is absolutely NEVER sold to third parties or used for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. In-App Purchases and Coin System

Our app utilizes a "Coin" system for premium features, such as measurement interpretation and analysis:

  • Users are gifted 2 coins upon their initial registration.

  • Each AI-powered measurement interpretation requires at least 2 coins.

  • Users can purchase additional coins within the app. All in-app purchases are securely processed directly through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. AIDietFit does not collect, process, or store any of your credit card or financial information on its servers.

4. Data Sharing and Processing

Your data is processed only on our secure cloud servers and through our AI partner systems (in an anonymized format) to provide the app's functionality. Unless required by law (e.g., a court order), your information is never shared with any external organizations or individuals.

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures (such as SSL) to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion. Your data is retained only for as long as you keep your account or use the app.

6. User Rights and Data Deletion

As a user, you have full control over your data. You can permanently delete your account and all associated physical measurement/history data at any time via the "Settings" menu within the app. Upon requesting deletion, all your personal data will be irreversibly removed from our servers.
